  Performance Management Link
Description PUMA aims at assisting Member countries in developing their approach, according to each one's political and administrative system, to performance management by providing high quality and useful information, and analysis. It also provides a forum for the exchange of information and experiences but one in which it aims to add value, rather than simply act as a "post box". PUMA's work on performance management is not original research. Rather it is analysis and synthesis of information available from Member countries, from other sources and from direct observation.
